Employee's always eager to help. Bought a pair of boots for my husband 2 wks ago couldn't find my receipt but they exchanged them today no questions asked. I love this shoe store. Always awesome sale prices too

They have the best selection of slip resistant shoes for work! Tons of options, I found my pair 50% off! I even checked the manufacturer website, and super shoes had them cheaper (don't ask me how, but it happened).

My first time in this store and it is huge! I told the cashier it was my first time in the store and asked her where I could find black non slip shoes, she pointed towards the back of the store, which didn't really help me. After searching for a bit Shannon came and asked if she could help me with anything. She helped me find exactly what I wanted. Thank you Shannon for making my first experience at Super Shoes a great one.

Neat, clean store. Courteous, pleasant staff. Not pushy but there to assist with your shoes if necessary. Plenty to choose from. Highly recommended store. Many shoes are discounted or on sale. Service Dogs allowed.

I want to give Payton a 2 thumbs up for the great customer service I just received. I was looking for a favorite brand of shoe in style that is comfortable and she found 5 diffrent colors in the style I like. She was polite and friendly and helpful. I was looking for 1 pair of new balance and I ended up buying 2 because of the current deal and the great service. Thanks Payton!

What an exceptional group of people! An older gentleman helped me a couple days ago. He was very helpful and kind. He apologized when he learned I was a student and my school hasn’t yet sent documents he needed for my purchase. It wasn’t anyone’s fault but he apologized. Today a young man assisted in completing my purchase. He was also kind and welcoming. They held my items without any issues and checkout was very easy and quick. I’m so pleased with the entire experience! Great job! They have so much stuff in that store at reasonable prices. I’ll be back. Thank you

Back to school shopping for teenage boys isn’t for the weak hearted. We had multiple items to exchange and multiple items to order. Our cashier Payton was phenomenal. She was pleasant, polite and worked through our transaction with a smile. Top tier customer service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband had to return his gift for a different size. The return process was so easy. The cashier and the manager were both very sweet and kind. Will definitely shop here again.
